I have said that Susana Martinez' plan for creating a healthy corporate environment makes about as much sense as the Mexican Fruit Fly who dive-bombs straight down into the tortilla batter; however, that might just be an understatement here. What kind of corporations want to relocate to a state which has, roughly, a 46% teen pregnancy rate; add to that a high school dropout rate of about 45% and a literacy rate, in reading comprehension and mathematics, of ONLY 17-percent? Add to that the state's universities and community colleges dancing for higher education dollars in front of Governor Susana Martinez like the Mescalero-Apache Natives do for rain, and this shows more than enough intelligence required to become the next president of the United States; once she proves that she's far better than Hillary Clinton could ever be? 

     A former Democratic prosecutor from Dona Ana County District three who was beaten 20 years ago by Amy Orlando, a moderate Republican who is not that bad; according to Ms. Orlando, who spoke at our New Mexico State University Take Back the Night demonstration calling for the end of violence against women [ and men], Susana Martinez placed more emphasis upon keeping the family together than she did putting abusive husbands/boyfriends in prison where they belong! One man, who was given joint custody of their children returned to drop off the children, and yes, RAPED THE KID'S MOTHER IN THE BATHROOM, her legs bent up into the air as he brutally forced his disgusting dick into her on the toilet seat; all the while the two daughters were screaming " Mommy! Mommy! from behind the locked bathroom door. In yet another case where Ms. Martinez, as prosecutor granted visitation rights to the father; one night the father dropped off the children, staying in the house until his former spouse returned. At which time he RAPED HER AND STABBED HER SEVENTY-TWO TIMES AS THE CHILDREN WATCHED!

     Yes, this is Nuevo México, a real gem of a state where, in Las Cruces and Southern New Mexico's Counties, the median income is purported to be around $17,000 yearly. A place where 80% live below the federal poverty line. Often I complained about those Yuppies back in " Downstate" New York and in Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Connecticut. However, even though I'm below that same poverty line with my $8,772 a year SSDI and SSI combined income, having even less income than the average, dumb ass [ but more friendly until you start saying that " Christ" is a fucking myth] working schmuck here in Las Crucifixion, Nuevo México who probably works hard for his/her $17,500 a year at Walmart, I drive around this fucking city of the crosses and feel a rush of UN-inspiration come over me!

     THIS PLACE SIMPLY MAKES ME DEPRESSED BEYOND MANIC DEPRESSION! THE FILTHY OLDER HOUSES BUILT IN THE 1950'S AND 1960'S, MOST WITH BARS ON THE WINDOWS. THE BARKING DOGS I USED TO CONSTANTLY HEAR FROM THE MEXICAN-AMERICAN REDNECKS WHO LIVED BEHIND MY FORMER RENTAL COTTAGE WHO KEPT THE THREE BIG GOD DAMN MONGRELS LOCKED UP IN THAT CAGE; DAY AND NIGHT, RAIN, SNOW [ when we get it, usually once per winter in Dec. or Jan.]  107 FAHRENHEIT HEAT IN SUMMER WHEN THE LITTLE BIT OF RAIN WE GET HERE MAKES THE AIR STINK AND TASTE LIKE DAMPENED DUST. 

     It simply sucks, I mean there are some really nice people here in Las Cruces, don't get me wrong. Gloria, for example, who works at the North Main Laundromat which is directly across from the Burger King and Fiesta Foods/Lowe's Hispanic foods supermarket. Part Tewa Native American and the rest Hispanic, Italian, and white European; she often helps me fold my clothes when she has time. Like many here in Las Cruces and Dona Ana county, she works two jobs and is lucky her employer at the Laundromat provides benefits. Her other job as an office cleaner doesn't, I don't think. She lives a really hard life that I could never handle; that is why I am on a disability check.

     Even though she's such a nice person, most who frequent that North Main Laundromat do NOT particularly like my presence as a transsexual woman. Some of the Mexican-American Women are nice; but the MEN give me dirty looks, as do their children. The white people are a cross-representation of the typical, dirt-poor working class shitbird; the women look like they were born of some mutation between their father, aunt, and the Pit-bull dogs they usually keep in their backyards.  THEY ARE FUCKING HOMOPHOBIC TO THE MAX! 

     Even Gloria, who is so nice and often tells me stories about how she taught herself to read and write as a little girl [ because the public schools here in New Mexico are simply underfunded piles of shit], I have a funny feeling sees me as " lazy" and " Someone who doesn't want to work for a living like everybody else has to". I mean, what would you think if you had to work so hard and pay taxes to support the " 47-percent who depend upon government handouts" to survive; all " because they are too lazy to work hard for their fair share of the American Pie".

     My sister, Linda, feels that way. To her, Las Cruces is the best place for me to live; all because it is cheap when compared to the New York City Metropolitan Area and most other places in the Northeast. She is glad that I decided to go back to college; however, she feels that I am NOT majoring in something that will give me structure in life. When I mentioned I was considering creative writing as a major over the cell phone, she said, in her all too critical " reality sister" style, " NO! NO! NOOOOO! YOU NEED SOMETHING THAT WILL CHALLENGE YOU; THAT WILL GIVE YOU THE STRUCTURE IN LIFE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE. SOMETHING IN MATHEMATICS OR SCIENCE, OR MAYBE BUSINESS. WHY DON'T YOU JUST GO AND GET A PART TIME JOB AT ONE OF THOSE STORES LIKE WALMART OR TARGET? "

      Often, I wonder, what the fuck does my sister even know about me? about what I am, and am NOT capable of doing in life? The way she feels, I should be on my medication which would help me to function better, to get along with others better so that I could hold a job. A job which takes plenty of muscle but no real amount of  critical intelligence skills; nor critical thinking beyond pushing a bunch of buttons as fast as you possibly can and smiling like a fucking " retard" as you greet the assholes your store manager calls customers! Someone who knows how to " chill with the Hispanic Homegirls" and talk about the latest lame ass movie, dance song from Pitbull, or fashion statement worn by some douche-bag movie star who starves herself for that figure and works out [ like all the other lowlife douche-bags from working class Las Cruces' Barrios] at Planet Fitness " Judgment-Free Zone" [ judgment-free? in Las Cruces with the Mexican-American and Chicano Hombres and redneck military dickheads pumping iron as the dumb ass bitches work out alongside these imbeciles?] Yeah, that is really me. Just like all those sorry ass white female shitbirds who are 21 and have a husband, children, job in some retail shithole or fucking tortilla factory; and look as stupid as they probably are!        

     And that is typical of Las Cruces and Dona Ana County, New Mexico. Drive about 70 miles east past the White Sands Missile Range and you'll be in Alamogordo- a fucking Republican Jackass-hole in the middle of the desert filled with retired old military gazoos discussing the various medals they won in this war and that one; this while their wives go to the beauty parlor and talk about " Church Chat", much like that actor who played the part on the old Saturday Night Live did back in the 1980's and 90's. Yes, " ALAMO-GHETTO" AS AT LEAST THREE STUDENTS HERE AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY REFERRED TO THEIR HOMETOWN AS. 

     Go about another 20 miles on both US route 70 and US route 82; up the steep mountain grade through several tunnels and you'll be in Cloudcroft. A tiny town with maybe, I'm guessing, about 500-1,000 permanent residents living there year-round, one which is probably smaller than Morris or Goshen in Connecticut [ Morris has about 2,000, maybe]. It is a pretty place; the winter weather compares more with what one would find in either Cortland, or more like Potsdam, New York; maybe Poultney, Vermont. Often in the winter, Cloudcroft sees over three feet of snowfall on the ground; as it's about 8,500 feet above sea level. Ruidoso is close by, either by way of US Route 70 from Alamogordo, or from Cloudcroft by way of Route 244 which winds its way through the Mescalero-Apache Reservation. I have only been there after dark last June; however, I thought I was back in either Upstate/Western New York, or Connecticut, Vermont, and Massachusetts. The main difference is that here, we have aspen trees and ponderosa pines like Northern California or Colorado does outside of Denver-Boulder or Chico, Redding, and Grass Valley. It was pretty just seeing TREES; something that one rarely sees outside of the city of Las Cruces and the university campus at NMSU. 

     Ruidoso looked like a nice little artsy town, at least in the downtown area. Nearby is the Inn of the Mountain Gods. Located upon the Mescalero-Apache Nation Reservation, it has a huge casino, country club, and lots more. Otherwise, return to US-70 and Ruidoso looks much like the typical New Mexican County Seat and/or larger small town; full of fast food garbage places, convenience stores, discount department stores [ they still have Bell's which I haven't seen since living in Florida]. And yes they have a WALMART! Hey, those places all provide viable jobs that everyone needs to survive upon and pay their bills. This despite the fact that those lucky enough to land one of these jobs must still depend upon welfare and food stamps to support the babies and children left behind while the " old man" rots in prison  for 20-30 years after getting caught running a meth lab! 

     Go farther east from Ruidoso and you'll be in Hobbs; the ' lovely' hometown of our own moron Repugnant Congressman, Steve Pearce. Looking at it on Google Street View, as well as Lovington, NM just a short distance northeast of Hobbs, I want to fucking vomit! It is disgusting, just like Las Cruces and Alamogordo but much smaller. Now I know why people like Angie at NMSU think Las Cruces is so liberal. Upstate and Western New York State has its rural poverty, as does Pennsylvania. However, there at least the trees make it look more palatable! This place is sad and simply disgusting. I cannot see why they call New Mexico the "Land of Enchantment" outside of the mountains of Northern NM and Santa Fe, of course; it is a pathetic place for the most part! SHEER POVERTY THAT REMINDS ME OF FUCKING FLORIDA! Nasty , dumb as a dead tree stump humans who should probably be STERILIZED so that they DO NOT REPRODUCE! IT IS SADDENING TO SEE THIS! 

     So where is this fucking " Land of Enchantment" I must ask? POVERTY IS "ENCHANTING" ? REALLY? THIS I NEVER UNDERSTOOD. Adolph Hitler would have had a ball game, more like a double-header of a ball game, here in Nuevo México! Lots of fodder for the gas chambers and those ovens of Auschwitz; the one major difference is these people are church-going, military-believing and yes, supporting Republican Rednecks! They are why those very same Repugnants fund the jails rather than New Mexico's University and community college system. They are what necessitates Susana Martinez, in all of her " divine" Catholic Hispanic wisdom, to take money from the university budgets and instead, use that money to fund the construction and opening of more, brand-new WALMART SUPERCENTERS!

     These fucking inbred pieces of trash, both urban here in Las Cruces and Albuquerque, and rural out in places like Hobbs and Lovington; they make the perfect Walmart Employee! Stupider than stupid, medicated on psychopharmacological medications to help them stay on an " even keel" as they recover from their meth and alcohol addictions after release from prison/jail, they are what keeps Walmart, and every other retail DUMP and fast food shit-pit open! HOW " ENCHANTING" THIS TRULY IS. STERILIZE THEM! MOM SURELY WAS CORRECT WHEN SHE SAID THAT THESE WOMEN SHOULD BE STERILIZED! I SAY CASTRATE THE FUCKING BOYFRIENDS AND HUSBANDS SO THAT THEY CANNOT FATHER ANY CHILDREN! We do not need any more stupidity here in asshole America; we have more than enough, thank you very much! 

     As for the Mexican-Americans? Well, as you know, these wealthy, and not so wealthy Republican assholes all say they want to make them so miserable that they will return to Mexico and/or South America. BUT IS THIS REALLY THE TRUTH? How would they be able to buy their cholesterol burgers on the way home from their construction jobs as the bosses, or from the fucking military base,  of such if it weren't for the endless supply of Mexican-Americans on Green Cards coming into New Mexico; some whom have lived here for 15-20 years or more? How would they be able to build houses and shithole apartments for less money if they did not have those same Mexican-Americans doing all the hard work for them? Many of them also aren't very bright, true. But this is because of that stupid asshole of a Catholic Church, Mother Mary the divine provider of HOLY GUILT, pray for us tonight. YEAH PRAY, PRAY , AND PRAY. "PRAY FOR YOUR SOULS! ITS MERCIFUL FATE!" So said King Diamond when he was with the heavy metal, theatrical performance and yes, " Satanic" band of the same name. 

     No, I still fail to see, for the most part, exactly what is so " enchanting" about this state called New Mexico? The sunsets, well California and Florida also have nice ones, too; both states also having similar amounts of poverty correlated with working class, Christian stupidity! What is so " inspiring" about poverty, especially poverty when combined with ALL-AMERICAN REDNECK MILITARY STUPIDITY? And so, the Land of Enchantment, they call this place. However, while I wholeheartedly agree that both Santa Fe and Taos are rather ENCHANTING; I cannot say the same for this boom town in the otherwise practically rain-free dust-bowl called Las Cruces. Garbage is garbage, like I said , sterilize each and every god damn one of them so they can no longer reproduce! Much like they do with those Pit Bull Terriers in places like New York City and Sacramento, California! Shut down the military bases and put all these sorry ass pieces of human trash out of work. That or send more of them to Walmart, and then send Walmart back to China where the company makes most of what it sells. We can, and should begin by chemically castrating every one of these ugly ass men; annihilating stupidity by nipping it in the bud.
